MCNABB to the RAIDERS?????...PLEASE NO!!!! written by Ronald Carthen

I know a lot of you in Philadelphia are frustrated with Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb. Donovan never gave you guys the Super Bowl you guys have dreamed of for the last 10 years. Now some of you guys want him to go but don't punish the man by going to the Oakland Raiders.

Let me get this straight you are willing to trade McNabb to the Raiders for a second round draft pick (39th pick). Why would you want to send him to a franchise that has won only 25 games since they lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl XXXVII during the 2002 season. I know everybody wants to trade players on their final years of their contract, but this man has put in work so let him finish what he started.

Yes your rivals the Cowboys beat you guys three times last season including taking your NFC East title and beating the crap out of you this season, but listen to what he has done. He took you guys to the NFC Championship five times, took you guys and an injured Terrell Owens to Super Bowl XXXIX against the New England Patriots during the 2004 season, went to the Pro Bowl six times, and is the team's all-time leader in passing yards, touchdowns, and completions. I guarantee you this he did more than Randell Cunningham.

If you want Kevin Kolb to be your future quarterback and Michael Vick to sit on the bench and be a Wildcat quarterback be my guest. You all will be frusted as always and you'll be chanting "WE WANT DONOVAN!!!!"

I'm not surprised that some of you guys are cruel to the man. You booed Santa Clause during the holidays but you know what that doesn't bother me. What really bother me the most is when you booed Destiny's Child while they were wearing Laker gear during the NBA Finals between your Philadelphia 76ers and the Los Angeles Lakers during the 2000-01 season, come on man Beyonce!!!!!

The Phillies already gave you guys a championship in the third-worst World Series I've ever witnessed thanks to the rain in Philly. Stop hating on the man and just let the man finish his career the right way instead of treating him like he's Jake Delhomme!!!!!
