Kobe Bryant drops 40 again what else can you say!!!!! by Ronald Carthen

Enough with the LeBron James rumors, Kobe Bryant continues to prove he's the best player in the league. Did you see how he dominated the Phoenix Suns? He made 21 of his 40 points in the third quarter look way to easy.

Towards the end of the first quarter, I was very nervous when Kobe stumbled to the floor and was in pain. All of the reports on his right knee drained out and didn't practice caused a very huge concern, but then he walked off the court like it never happen. That's what makes him one of the best ever. No matter what he'll continue to fight until he gets a win.

Before I continue talking about Kobe's dominance, look what he did to Grant Hill before the end of the half...

Poor 37-year old Grant Hill, Kobe should just say I'm sorry for humiliating you in front of the entire country. Nobody will be able to defend Kobe in this series.

In the third quarter, Kobe went off and made the Suns look like they don't belong in the Western Conference finals. I watched him double-teamed by Jason Richardson and Hill and he hits one of his great fadeaway jumpers. I saw him split Robin Lopez and Hill as he Richardson was to scared to defend him as he easily layed it in. When Ron Artest passed it to him, I saw him make a heck of a three-point basket on Steve Nash. When Jared Dudley thought he can defend him he made him pay when Pau Gasol threw a nice behind the back bounce pass to him and layed it in and the foul. When Lamar Odom stoled the ball from Nash, he made a nice bounce pass to him and he took care of the rest with a two-handed jam. He scored 21 points while the Suns drop 24 in the third. He almost outscored the team by himself.

With the Lakers up 96-83, Kobe dropped another three to give him his 11th 40-point playoff game. What else does this man have to prove. He's already won four NBA titles and he still wants to win championships no matter how many broken bones he has in his body.

Like I said, the Lakers will win this series in five. As long as Pau and Lamar Odom continue thier dominance in the paint, This series is going to be too easy for these dudes. Just letting you know Kobe has made 30 or more points in six straight games this postseason.
